Dr. Mine Berra DOĞANER

Berra Doğaner completed her undergraduate studies in the Department of Business Administration at Marmara University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. She earned her master’s and doctoral degrees in the Department of Business Administration at Ankara University’s Faculty of Political Sciences. Additionally, she pursued postdoctoral studies at the Wharton School of Finance, University of Pennsylvania.
Doğaner began her 40-year career in capital markets at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, where she worked for eight years. She later transitioned to the private sector, holding senior executive positions as General Manager and Board Member in leading investment firms. Simultaneously, she served in key industry roles, including Board Member of the Istanbul Stock Exchange (İMKB), Board Member of the Central Securities Depository (MKK), Audit Board Member of Takasbank, and Vice President of the Turkish Capital Markets Association (TSPB). She has also taught undergraduate and graduate courses as a lecturer at Marmara University and Istanbul Commerce University.
Currently, she serves as an Independent Board Member at Özak Real Estate Investment Trust, one of Turkey’s largest publicly traded real estate investment companies; Piramit Securities Inc., a market leader in high-frequency and algorithmic trading; and Mee Aps Software, a financial technology firm operating within ITU Technopark. Additionally, she provides consultancy services to companies throughout the public offering process and post-listing period. Her academic research focuses on finance and capital markets.
